With 21 years in enterprise IT — spanning .NET development, ServiceNow implementations, AIOps platform builds, and cloud integrations — I've learned that the hardest part of any integration project is never the technology. It's getting the right signals to the right people at the right time, without noise.
At Orange, I design and deploy solutions that bridge monitoring tools (SolarWinds, ThousandEyes, Cisco, Moogsoft) with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow — all through AIOps layers built on AWS and Docker. Before Orange, I spent six years at Accenture as a Technical Lead, where I led one of the largest ServiceNow auto-discovery implementations and a full data centre migration to AWS for a global mining client.
